FAQ
Are all of your items in stock?
Yes! If you see something available on our website, it's in stock. We don't do made to order items, which means you can get your hands on your favorite new furniture quickly after placing an order.
You're sold out of something I want. When is it coming back in stock?
Because we are a small batch furniture company, we make a limited set of items and then "drop" them onto our website for sale.
This means that there is no guarantee that the items will be coming back in stock at a future date. However, you can add your email to the product page where it says "Notify me when back in stock" to receive an email if the item does come back in stock. The more emails we have on those items, the more likely we are to bring that item back.
When is your next drop?
When we have details of our next drop, we'll let you know by posting an announcement on our social channels, our website, and our newsletter.

Do your items come fully assembled?
All of our chairs come fully assembled. Our tables come with the base and tabletop separated, so they can be easily moved into your home. Assembly of the legs and tabletop is very straightforward, with minimal hardware, namely a few screws. You will need a screwdriver for their assembly. Instructions on how to assemble the tables will be included in your shipment.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Because our items come fully assembled, we ship via a white glove service, to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. White glove means they will come into your house at a time you schedule, unbox your items, place them in the room you desire, and remove all packaging on their way out.
We charge for our white glove delivery service, as it goes above and beyond what a typical free delivery would include.

How do I schedule my white glove delivery service?
Once your items are picked up by our shipping provider, you will receive an email or text to schedule your delivery.
I've scheduled my delivery, but I need to change it. What do I do?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, so long as the item hasn't been used and is in the same condition it arrived in.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Because furniture is expensive to ship, a deduction for shipping will be taken from your refund amount. We will let you know the shipping amount which will be deducted when you process your return.
Do you offer store credit or payment back to my card?
We are happy to offer store credit or a full refund back to your credit card. You can select this option when you process a return.
There was something wrong with my furniture when it arrived. What should I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry this happened. While we take every precaution to ensure your items will arrive to you in pristine condition, this may happen occasionally.

Sustainability
Where are your materials sourced?
All of our materials are sourced exclusively from Indonesia.
Our wood is from FSC certified forests in Indonesia.
Our rattan, jute, and seagrass are also from Indonesia.
Do you use any engineered wood or wood veneer?
No, never.
All of our wood is 100% solid wood, harvested from the tree itself, shaped into your furniture, and completed with low VOC finishes.
Is your wood kiln dried?
Yes! All of our wood is kiln dried before finishing it into your beloved furniture.
Kiln drying is a process where the wood is heated up so that the moisture within the wood evaporates. This ensure that with warm to cold climate change, the wood won't warp or bend.
How can I keep my items in great condition over time?
We recommend using coasters, placemats, or chargers for tables to prevent liquid spillage onto the wood. Water and wood are not the best of friends.
We also recommend applying wax every few years to the wooden parts of your furniture to seal and protect it.
